steel plate etching process for pad printing, TOSH has
specifically developed a range of equipment and products
guaranteed to give a perfect result even for unskilled
operatives.

| ETCHING
UNITS |
| Made
entirely from acid-proof material. The etching system with its
swinging spray nozzles, has been expressly designed to obtain
the most even and sharp etching depth, both by line block and
by screen, a fundamental criterior for pad printing plates.
The machines are
also fitted with dragging magnetic pumps which require no
maintenance as etching liquid
never cames into direct contact with metal parts. |
