| TOSH photopolymer
plates are ideal for small and medium runs (it is possible to
obtain up to 100.000 prints from one plate), with the added
advantage that they can be produced "in house" with
a minimal amount of training. An etched plate can easily be
made in a few minutes.They are very useful for 4 colour
process, half tones and large solid areas
because it is possible to screen the etched image up to
120 lines x cm.
Good consistent quality is guaranteed with this process. Their
easy making and high standard of print obtained can outway the
lesser prints achieved by the more traditional steel plates. |

TOSH
photopolymer plates consist of a resistant top layer of photosentized material
anchored by an adhesive layer to a steel backed plate which allows the finished
plate
to be easily affixed to a magnetic plate.

TYPE HR
|

Red
in colour - of all the photopolymer plates this has the greatest hardness. It
can reach
up to 50-100.000 prints and can be screened up to
120 lines cm. The excellent reproduction makes it ideal for 4 colour process
and in cases when high print quality is
required.

| TYPE T45 |
| Grey
in colour - it is a valid alternative in price to the HR plate. In spite of its
hardness
20-30.000
prints can be achieved.
The
normal screening is 54 - 80 lines x cm. It is
recommended for line block and solid printing. |

| TYPE MR |
| Red
in colour, water development, can achieve
20-30.000 prints. It can be screened
up to
80 lines x cm and thanks to its high in
receptivity it is particularly suitable when
a deep image is required. |
